About Dr. Anjeli Laungani
Dr. Anjeli G. Laungani is a board certified dermatologist. She serves as a diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Laungani completed her internship and dermatology residency training at the reputable Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Laungani specializes in general dermatology, dermatological surgery and cosmetic dermatology. She provides excellent and personalized patient care while addressing patient’s comprehensive needs. She held an academic faculty position in the Department of Dermatology at Henry Ford Hospital. Dr. Laungani has authored numerous articles and a book chapter, and she has presented on numerous occasions at the American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meeting. She is a native of Buffalo, New York, and is married to Rajesh Laungani, MD, a urologist, and they raise their two children in Atlanta.

I’ve been to this doctor twice and the first time I was given antibiotics and two creams for hormonal acne. The second time was either a pill for a life time or repeating the regimen she gave me before. There was no in between or additional investigation or suggestions. I come home and get on tik tok to find women of color like myself, suffering from hormonal acne after pregnancy, finding solutions that work wonders. I feel like I wasted time and now money. Who wants to take a pill for the rest of their life? The office is clean and smells nice. Other than that, wouldn’t recommend for hormonal acne.

My visit felt like a waste of time. I told them my concerns and she briefly talked about over the counter products. She jumped right into laser treatment and micro needling which are very expensive treatments. I’m in my 20s so those extreme treatments aren’t necessary.

Dr. Laungani is great. She is friendly and a clear communicator. She does need to give the patient more time to explain how they have been feeling and ask if you have any questions for her before prescribing medication and then leaving. The visit felt a little rushed but maybe she had another client to get to. Other than that the office building is super nice and clean, wait time is fast, and the staff are super nice. Will keep seeing her.

Dr. Laungani was fantastic! She listened to my concerns and I got exactly what I came for. The appointment was fast and very informative. Everyone from the front desk staff to the medical assistant were fantastic. I did blood work and received my results in 24 hours. 10/10 would recommend.

It was a full 50 minutes AFTER my appointment time before i was seen by the doctor, she was very nice and everyone was very nice, office was very clean except there were needles layer out in the exam room that i wasn’t going to use because i was just there for a new patient consultation. She did address my concerns and prescribed medication accordingly. I had other appointments that same day and was going to leave soon if they did not come in soon. The wait time was ridiculous.

The doctors and physicians assistants are knowledgeable and will work until they fine a solution that works.

“Dr. Anjeli Laungani” sucked! First off she comes to check my skin she looks at it for 5 seconds and say” put ur mask on” she barely looks at my skin…..If I came for a skin evaluation why should my mask be on. U are looking at my skin SMH. then she prescribed me medicine I was ALLERGIC TO AND MY FACE SWELLED UP AND I WAS SICK FOR WEEKS. Then her nurse didn’t send the medication to my pharmacy didn’t ask for my pharmacy address or nun and I had to call back. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I rarely leave reviews but she sucked. She barely looks at my skin then ask me to put my mask on when I came to get my acne and pigmentation looked at???????. Then they got the nerve to try to charge me when my insurance was accepted. Most of the time even regular doctors ask u to take ur mask off. YOU ARE A DERMATOLOGIST HOW ARE U SUPPOSED TO LOOK AT MY SKIN IF YOU TOLD ME TO PUT MY MASK ON…. This was long overdue but I had to make sure I left this review.

If there is a policy enforcing patient punctuality, patients should not endure long wait times, nor experience rushed encounters. This is highly inconsiderate of the patient's time.
After waiting for close to an hour, being told by the assistant that my provider "probably won't have the time to address all of my issues" was very unsettling.
My experience was almost as impersonal as being on a conveyor belt. I did not receive the one-on-one engagement I expected to give me confidence that my concerns would be addressed. Dr. Loungani barely made eye contact and rushed through my encounter. As she was leaving I had to ask if she could please examine the area I had the greatest concern with. I felt like I was creating an inconvenience for her.
I expected to have a stellar experience as both my spouse and I practice and work within the same health network as Dr. Loungani. This encounter left a lot to be desired. Overall, bedside manner and wait time need improvement.

Prepare for a long wait time after check in approx 1 hour and 40 minutes wait time in the treatment room. Overall pretty good service

Doctor had a poor bedside manner. Clearly rushed and didn’t care to remember whether she’d seen me before by checking my chart. It was obvious because she said “nice to see you” instead of “nice to meet you”. She barely looked at me to examine my moles. She did not make small talk or ask me anything about myself. I cannot recommend and will be finding another provider for my dermatologist. Oh! I also waited over 30 mins to be called back and I was on time for my appt. So disrespectful of my time!

This practice is run like a well oiled machine. I was in and out in around 20 minutes and had my mole removed in seconds. They clearly move quickly so not the most personal experience with the actual physician but I personally appreciated how quick and easy the visit was.

The office is so clean/spacious/smells amazing & the front desk staff were super nice/chill; I also really enjoyed the assistant prior to the Dr, she was so much fun, just a great gal all around & during my skin screen my Dr was nice/comforting/knowledgeable ab what to expect and how she handles patients - I’ll definitely be back (as needed)

The office was nice and every one was professional. I had to make a copay for skin screening as prompted by zocdoc. Not sure I found it all that necessary so probably won't do this again unless I have a concern. The provider was very efficient. Several people who came in after me were called before me. I was 10 minutes early to my appointment and was called 20 minutes after my appointment time. I felt a little rushed once in the room, if I did have a concern I would have had to fight to get a word in about it. I would give them another chance if I needed to because maybe it was a fluke that they were running behind that day.

My husband loves his doctor, he said she was empathetic, responsive and very knowledgeable. I didn't get to meet the the Dr because the assistant ( white lady big hips) rudely asked me to leave claiming that they weren't allowing anyone else other than the patients, when I observed other wives walk into the office with their husbands. No other practice has treated me that way.

Anjeli was in a huge rush when she came in and did not spend any time asking about my medical history or usage before coming into the appt. She did not listen to me when I tried to explain to her what I thought was happening. She was very frazzled and disorganized during the appt. I would not recommend her if you are looking for a concise diagnosis of a medical condition.

I called multiple times never once was the phone answer or got a call back. The front desk had a slight attitude. My doctor was great and she listened to my concerns gave medication.. unfortunately I’ll never get cause her assistant never called in and nobody answers or calls back. I never leave reviews but highly disappointed. And I just want to have the medication.
