First of all, I was scheduled for an intake appointment unknowingly, I had to call myself and get this information. And my intake was done by an “Admin” named Christina B, not even a Nurse or Confidentially done- I had to tell her to SSN out LOUD. It was an extremely unprofessional an awkward situation. Then the initial receptionist told me I was confirmed to see the doctor after my intake. After my intake I asked when I would see the doctor and Christina said she didn’t know. She said the Dr could probably squeeze me in around 5:00pm, but she hadn’t had contact with her all day. Essentially the initial receptionist had lied to me. Then I got an email saying I had an appointment for 6:45pm, and when I had called to confirm- Christina claimed she had never sent that, even tho I was looking directly at the invite. Overall, this clinic is messy, unorganized, unprofessional, and I would not recommend at ALL. Save your time.

I set an appointment for in person May 8th at 4:30pm then I get a call from the receptionist saying she’s out of town and only doing call sessions. She pushed me to change my appointment to 2:00pm. 2:00pm hits and no one calls me,I call the office and they tell me they’ll get in contact with her and that they will call me back. No one called me back for hours. Will not be coming back!

Ms. Ann listened attentively and was so down to earth. It was very easy to warm up and speak with her. I didn’t feel like I was in a therapy session it felt like a regular conversation with a friend.
