Everyone was very pleasant! Office was clean, and staff was very welcoming. Dr. Glasman was very thorough and answered all of my questions patiently. I didn’t feel rushed nor uncomfortable.

The wait was short, I didn't have much of a conversation with the receptionist getting checked in. The assistant or possibly student young man there was very nice and comforting, the Dr herself left some to be desired. She was very dismissive and made me feel like she didn't want to listen to my concerns and seemed to not have a full understanding of some topics that I had in the past been able to discuss with other general doctors easily. She all but shrugged when I asked what we could do about a condition I had wanted to check on. I left without an explanation on how to pickup my prescriptions, and they locked the door behind me and stopped answering the phones immediately despite it being the middle of the day which was surprising and left my questions unanswered. Overall I did not have a pleasant experience and I will likely find a new primary after this first visit.

The doctor didn't seem to be interested in seeing me. It's been 3 weeks that my blood tests were done and nobody even called back. When I called to remind them, the person who took the calls says it's not her job to ensure the doctor calls. The max she can do is leave a fax. Still no call!

well nothing really was done for me but made an appt for stress test which is weeks away,also no blood work was done ,i have to go all the way to brocton for that,i was looking for a DR. in my area that had all that in there office ,so a little disapointed.
