Had an appointment in the evening
I went in, had an easy check in. Barely waited a few minutes and I was called to the examination room
The nurse took my vitals and asked me some questions, then left. I was seen by the doctor around 20 minutes later. She was polite and professional. Would recommend. Would go again if I’m unwell.

Wait was just too long and the doctor's bedside manner was quite stale. She seems tired and does not want to be there. More of a Q &A session than an interaction. Not that anyone is looking for a concierge service but if you run 45-1hr late and barely introduces self and doesn't say anything about the long wait time, I just think the courtesy isn't there. I get that they are busy but I don't really see anyone moving with urgency to get to these scheduled appointments either. I didn't really feel comfortable to explain my story, and what I could be doing daily to maintain my health because there wasn't much explanation on the clinical end. The medical assistant however was great and had a very friendly disposition.

Dr. Glassman is awesome. Knowledgeable, pragmatic, and fantastic at listening to my concerns and addressing each one with a course of action and sensible approach. I went in with some anxiety about things I’m going through, but left with a clear mind and much more confidence in my situation. I would recommend her to anyone.
