“The services I requested were unable to be delivered by the provider. Provider tried to reach out to the other providers in the practice to see if they provide the services and I didn’t get a call back at all. I had to call the practice 3 weeks later to find out it’s nearly impossible to get a live person to call you. You have to communicate through text messages. It’s the most unprofessional run mental health group.”
