Hello! I am an experienced nurse with diverse clinical practice across multiple specialties and settings. I have proudly served in the United States Air Force as a flight nurse and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. My professional interests include personality disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions. However, I am passionate about treating individuals across the full spectrum of psychiatric and mental health conditions in a compassionate, judgment-free environment. Inclusivity and culturally sensitive, responsive care are central to my practice philosophy, and I am committed to providing patient-centered care to individuals of all backgrounds and identities. I believe in meeting patients where they are in their personal journey by fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship while supporting overall balance and wellness. I develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I am deeply committed to providing Integrative Psychiatry that supports holistic care for the mind, body, and spirit.

What should a new client know about working with you?

For a new intake visit, the appointment is scheduled for up to 90 minutes. This gives me time to review your history and concerns, evaluate your needs, and get to know you. Follow-up appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes. Follow-up appointments are conducted to track goals, monitor outcomes, implement and assess interventions, and incorporate various therapy modalities into each visit.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Assessments are conducted with each appointment. Diagnoses are made during the initial intake visit and ongoing as needed. Labs and medications are monitored. Talk therapy is conducted during each visit. Treatment plans are continuously being updated.
