The office is very dated, and kind of cluttered. Dr. Berenstein is very nice overall.

I did not feel as if I was being heard by Dr. Berenstein, and I felt pressured into doing expensive and unnecessary extra tests. I felt rushed, and she interrupted almost everything I said.

Figured I'd give it a try because her office is across the street from my new home. But I will never go back again. The doctor was extremely unprofessional. I was the first one in the office, and the last one seen by the doctor. The receptionist were kind, but need to speak up and suggestion improvements for this poor run facility. I was seen on Monday for a sore throat. The doctor did a strep test and I still haven't gotten the results. I probably need anti bioitics but it wasn't a priority of the doctor to see that I got them. Happy new everyone. I'm off to enjoy day 10 my illness.

Very pleasant doctor to talk to. Makes very professional impression. You feel that she cares. Facility is a bit small and cheap looking, but hey, the doctor is what is important, not the walls of the building.

Dr. Berenstein was very kind and welcoming during my first visit. She has a great bedside manner and listens to all your concerns--you never feel rushed!

She was very nice, but the nurse who took my history was quite rude, interrupting me, etc. She even took a call on her cell during this. The same nurse was overheard in a loud argument with another office worker. By the time I saw Dr. Berenstein, I was already wishing I were somewhere else. To her credit, Dr. Berenstein was warm and I overheard other patients saying good things about her in the waiting room. It was just the atmosphere and the nurse I could have done without.

I think that she did not listen to all of my needs and the things that I feel are wrong with me so I didn't get many answers and I didn't get to voice them with her she didn't seem to want to actively listen and I didn't feel my check up was done fully.
