“Friendly staff and environment. Frida could not have been more professional and comforting. She made what I thought would be an awkward or embarrassing urology exam comfortable and reassuring. She was thorough and you could tell she knew her stuff. She made it a point to make sure I understood what she was doing and saying and even asked if I had any questions at multiple times. Frida was a great provider and genuine kind person. Would recommend for any appointment i will certainly be back whenever it is needed. ”

It went fine. came up with a game plan and she asked a lot of questions. I felt a little bit dehumanized and not listened to at points. Like cattle being processed. The nurse that ran vitals was very kind as was the front desk.

I had to wait longer than I anticipated because the place was jam packed.
I booked the Same day appointment so that was kind of expected with the wait times.
Aside from the wait time the rest of the visit went as expected.

I m 30 year old who was suspected to have ED erectile dysfunction
I booked an appointment to dimitri she was helpful we did the blood work and she had me another 2 weeks follow up and I came she gave me the results I was very happy she is very smiling and opened
She told me everything I should do to improve my sexuality
Fortunately I wasn’t diagnosed with serious Erectile dysfunction
