*After booking, you will receive a link via Canvas to set up your patient portal. Setting up your patient portal is required to complete your appointment.* I have specialized experience supporting patients through PMDD, fertility concerns, pregnancy planning, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, perinatal and postpartum mental health concerns, and perimenopause. I also support adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, sleep concerns, and other mental health challenges. Mental health concerns can look different for people experiencing reproductive or hormonal changes. Maybe the days before your period bring intense mood changes, irritability, or anxiety that feel difficult to control. Maybe you are overwhelmed by fertility challenges, unsure about medication while trying to conceive or during pregnancy, or struggling after a pregnancy loss. You may be experiencing intrusive thoughts, anxiety, depression, or a sense of disconnection after a difficult birth or during the transition into parenthood. These experiences can have a significant impact on your daily life, relationships, and sense of self. I truly believe that mental health is central to our overall health and well-being, and I'm passionate about helping patients restore and maintain their mental health, whether through therapy, medication, or a combination of both.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy can only help and is imperative in maintaining mental and emotional health. Just as one would routinely engage in physical fitness or go to the gym to prevent and maintain their physical health, therapy is “the gym” for mental and emotional well-being. My hope for my patients is to empower them to lead fulfilling lives by equipping them with the tools to overcome struggles and barriers, enabling them to reach their full potential.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use an eclectic approach to treat patients based on their diagnosis and needs, with experience in various psychotherapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic therapy. However, the most important modality I have learned is the therapeutic rapport I build with my patients.
