About Dr. Anna Cecilia Tenorio

Dr. Anna Tenorio is Board Certified in Family and Community Medicine and Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Care Medicine. She graduated from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center with a Doctor of Medicine degree. She was accepted into the Family Medicine Residency program at The University of Texas at San Antonio and served as one of the Chief Residents in her class. Afterward, she completed her Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship training at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX. During her fellowship, she also worked as an Urgent Care Physician to maintain her knowledge and experience in Primary Care.
Dr. Tenorio started her own practice to focus more on primary care, geriatrics, and palliative care. She is currently part of the Trumen Physicians group and manages and treats patients in post-acute care facilities.
Driven by her strong interest in continuing outpatient primary and palliative care, Dr. Tenorio established her own practice to provide telemedicine, house calls, and eventually office visits. She has always had a fervent desire to reach out to the community and help more patients in need of focused and personal care. AppleMD Medical Services, PLLC was created out of her eagerness to serve more people. Rudely interrupted every time I try to speak even when asked a question. I booked a consultation, but the only thing made clear was I cannot speak during the consultation. Extremely frustrating. Phone conversations were the same experience, I was rudely interrupted after each word I spoke. Talking over me or at me is not communication.
