I earned my Master’s in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. I believe in the importance of balance, and although my values align with a more holistic approach to healing, I understand that integrative medicine has its place. My focus in healthcare is about healing the physical and mental from the inside out. But long before my career began, I was just a young, wide-eyed little girl running around the streets of Russia and Lithuania. My home environment involved plenty of whole and nutrient-dense foods, daily movement, sunshine, and a lack of pharmaceutical intervention. Upon moving to the U.S. as a teenager, I was met with a very different way of living, where industrial jungles were taking over, fast food joints could be found on every corner, and stress levels continued to climb. The rapid change in lifestyle led to a myriad of symptoms, such as digestive discomfort, restlessness and impaired sleep, fatigue, and depression. So began my journey toward restoration.
