The office WAS NOT AWARE OF MY APPOINTMENT. They had no availability for another 7 days. They told me Zocdoc bring a third party provider can’t access their files so Zocdoc doesn’t know their schedules. If I hadn’t called them, I would have never known and thought the doc was a no show. I will never use Zocdoc again.
