I’m a very emotionally aware person, but Ana helped me realize things I was struggling with that I hadn’t even noticed. I’m not great about opening up to strangers, but it was really easy with Ana. She made me feel so seen, heard, understood and completely cared for literally from the second I met her. Just three sentences out of me and she could see exactly what I was struggling with and provided so much kindness. She has helped me so much to figure out better ways to cope & stop abandoning myself. I couldn’t be more grateful. Even my family members have noticed a difference after just two sessions. She deserves all of the kindness in the world for being so amazing and supportive.

Anna made my video appointment so comfortable. I definitely felt that she understood and cared very much about what I have been going through over 21 years. She has a calm and supportive way about her. I was able to talk about things that I needed to relate and she was so understanding about what I needed to feel comfortable about with my issues.
I am impressed and grateful for her sincere caring and kind words of support. She is very qualified and educated in the areas I needed help with.
I would recommend her to anyone looking for a qualified professional in this medical field of Psychiatry. Today’s appointment was a great experience for me. Anna really cares and I’m very thankful I found her.
