My name is Anna- I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Educator and a Health Coach. I combine my knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and years of integrative and functional clinical experience to facilitate best results and sustainable lifestyle changes. I believe lifestyle changes do not happen overnight. Therefore, I promote gradual and realistic changes by working on one goal at a time and providing personalized online support between sessions. Anna is knowledgeable, patient, and flexible in her approach to helping you improve your diet, activity level, and sense of well being and thus your health. She is very supportive -- helping you think through your short-term and long-term goals, suggesting strategies (including foods you might not have thought of eating and delicious recipes including those foods) to help you meet those goals. Between sessions, you have the chance to communicate with Anna on line. An important tool Anna offers in a website where you can keep a food journal noting what you eat at different meals, how hungry you were before and after eating, and any other information that might have influenced what you ate and how you felt. Anna then provides on-going detailed feedback on your entries (practical suggestions on your food and activity choices, as well as emotional support to help you succeed.) Anna truly cares and is outstanding. I recommend her highly and without reservation.
