picture doesn’t look like the doctor. unclear communication when i tried to follow up the front desk lady was rude and rushed me off the phone. the doctor herself was not listening to me and clearly didn’t look at my file before the appointment because she kept asking things i already filled out. never got an explanation on my blood results and was told to get an ultrasound on my breast but never gave any paperwork and didn’t give me any information when i asked. stressed me out more made me more uncertain about my health. just terrible

Overall disappointed, she wasn't the best listener, she didn't ask me about the health issues I was there for (which I wrote down on the intake). It felt rushed and she was quick to jump to her own conclusions without asking questions about my health or the timeline of when I started having health issues.

It was okay. Wait time prior to the appointment was super long. I was unable to fill out the forms on the website, so I had to manually fill them out and then the receptionist had to fill it on the website, seems outdated in 2025.
I asked the Dr. for genetic testing and she said "not today, you can do that on your own". I was a bit taken back by her response.

Even though I was quite nervous, because I don't like needles. The staff was very welcoming and cared for me properly. I felt cared for genuinely. The nurses are very caring, helpful and understanding. The Doctor is amazing.

Was looking for a primary care physician, specifically female, but the doctor thought I was there for a medspa appt. Office space smelled so strongly of cigarettes (odor was at least from one office worker) and air freshener that it was making me nauseous. No check in process-the office was obviously overwhelmed. Papers everywhere and boxes stacked on the floor. I was very uncomfortable and would never return or recommend. The doctor seemed incredibly pissed when I said it was not the place for me.
