Getting to know Anna Phillips
Empowering individuals through collaborative, compassionate care is at the heart of my practice. I believe that treatment works best when patients are informed, actively involved, and supported every step of the way. Through active listening, shared decision-making, and evidence-based medicine, I tailor each treatment plan to meet the unique needs and goals of the person in front of me.
As a board-certified Physician Assistant with a specialization in mental health, I’m committed to helping each patient feel empowered, educated, and equipped to move forward with confidence and clarity. My clinical focus includes general psychiatry with a specialization in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and sleep disorders. I work with patients beginning at age seven and take a holistic approach to care, viewing medication as one tool among many to support lasting, positive change. When appropriate, I supplement treatment with therapy techniques, motivational enhancement, and referrals to additional resources.
