About Dr. Anna Shelest
Dr. Anna Shelest is a chiropractic physician dedicated to helping patients get lasting relief from pain and get back to the lives they love.
Originally from Plainfield, IL, she completed her undergraduate studies in Biology and Parasitology at Aurora University before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree and Acupuncture Certification from National University of Health Sciences in Lombard, IL in 2019.
Her decision to become a chiropractor came from personal experience. After years of struggling with headaches and “fibromyalgia,” and trying multiple medications with limited relief and new side effects, she turned to chiropractic care and discovered a more effective, whole-person approach. That journey shaped the way she now cares for her own patients.
Dr. Shelest provides gentle, evidence-informed chiropractic care with a focus on:
- Headaches and migraines
- Neck and back pain
- Muscle tension and nerve-related pain
- Chronic pain and posture-related issues
She combines chiropractic adjustments, soft-tissue work, and rehabilitative exercises, to help reduce pain, improve function, and prevent problems from returning. She takes time to listen, explain your condition in clear language, and build a personalized plan around your goals and lifestyle.
Nothing makes her happier than seeing a long-time pain sufferer finally experience meaningful relief. She is passionate about education and loves teaching patients practical ways to protect their spine, manage stress, and maintain long-term health.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Shelest enjoys spending time with her dog, Berkley, who happily joins her on long walks and keeps her active.

Dr Shelest is excellent —very gentle, attentive, and knowledgeable. I have ongoing health issues that cause pain and stiffness, and she always adjust with care and intention. I never feel rushed and always feel better after my visits. Highly recommend.

I have been going to strecthclub for a few months now. Dr Shelest is great. Easy to talk to and seems very interested in solving the issues that plague me. The other staff members are great as well. Everyone goes the extra mile to help me get the care I need. I would recommend giving Stretchclub a chance is you have pain.
