I take the time to really understand each person's unique history, current symptoms, and personal preferences. Using proven, research-based treatments, I work closely with my patients to create care plans that are thoughtful, personalized, and effective. My goal is always to support each individual in feeling better and living a healthier, more balanced life.

I’m here to listen without judgment, support you through challenges, and work with you to find the path that helps you feel your best.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, understood, and supported. Together, we’ll work toward gaining clarity about what you're experiencing, building practical strategies to manage symptoms, and creating a treatment plan that fits your life and goals. My hope is that each session brings a sense of progress, empowerment, and renewed confidence in your ability to move forward.

I had never seen a psychiatrist before, and Dr. Anna has made me feel super comfortable from day one. She's very kind, listens and actually tries to help you figure out the root of the problem. I highly recommend!

I was very apprehensive about getting a psychiatrist and then nervous because I wanted to be liked but Anna has been excellent. She listens to me about life and what's going on and how I'm feeling in addition to helping me adjust my medicine to best fit me and my personality and my life. I cannot imagine talking to anyone else.

This was my first visit with Dr. Anna. I felt she asked good questions to get to know me and my situation. I was hesitant to start a new medication but it was the reason I as seeing her. She took her time in explaining the side effects and possibly outcomes along with how the drug works. I felt she was knowledgeable in this. I plan to continue my treatment with her.
