About Dr. Anna Wolff

*** I'm an out of network provider, and do not accept insurance plans. I can provide a Super bill for full or partial coverage submitted by patients to their insurance provider. My mission is to provide an Osteopathic body-mind-spirit approach, using my education and experience to guide patients as equals in their health and healing. I work from a trauma-informed, body-neutral perspective for people of all backgrounds. My clinical expertise covers a wide range of medical conditions and life transitions, and I have a particular passion for helping patients navigate chronic pain, chronic illness, postural concerns, and how the stressful world around us affects our bodies and minds. I am an osteopathic physician who treats a wide variety of conditions. I have treated a range of patients including infants in NICU, pregnant/postpartum parents, adolescents, other physicians, and elder adults. I have a specific passion for helping patients address chronic illness/chronic pain and the complex ways that our body, mind, and spirit interact with these conditions. I am especially interested in and have worked in the past with: Long COVID/PACS, ME/CFS, hEDS/HSD, Fibromyalgia, POTS/Dysautonomia, PTSD, and somaticized trauma. I also have experience and training to provide safe pain relief to pregnant & postpartum patients and newborns to aid in newborn concerns such as torticollis/plagiocephaly, breastfeeding issues (poor latch/suckle reflex), and postural concerns.

Anna is a very empathetic doctor who really takes her time with you and makes you feel heard. She is also a good bodyworker who is able to determine just what needs doing and do it well. She has helped me with a number of problems I've been having, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Wolff is the best. She knows the right questions to ask to understand your goals for healing and overall wellness, and is a very astute and natural listener. On her exam table is where her knowledge really shines; it's actually kind of like magic. she will feel out areas of pain and tension in your body and she pretty much can tell everything that you're feeling in realtime. As she works, both of you can tell immediately when she's fixed something. Sometimes it's something like a tightness you didn't even realize was bothering you cause you'd sort of gotten used to it, and all of a sudden it's just... gone. Her office itself is cozy and welcoming - easy to get to, decent parking, etc. Most of all though it's clear she really cares so much about her patients feeling comfortable and at ease on their wellness journey. Highly recommend!
Dr. Anna was absolutely wonderful to work with! I felt so well cared for and listened to as we talked about the issue I brought to my appointment. The adjustments made for me as far as physical treatment went were very helpful to my particular issue, and I went home with helpful advice as to how to continue working on the problem I was experiencing. And it has made a difference! Highly recommend Dr. Anna, and will be planning follow-ups for myself in the future as well.
Dr. Wolff is a wonderful osteopath and I was so happy to have found someone who is so knowledgeable about EDS and MCAS. Beyond that, she is a very kind, calm and has a very gentle touch. I look forward to my appointments with her, and I always leave them feeling better the next day. Every treatment I’ve had is completely worth it.
Anna is an amazing doctor! I have had chronic neck and back pain since a car accident years ago. She listened, located areas of dysfunction, and did a lot of work in those areas. It is the first improvement in my range of motion and comfort that I have had in years. She has great bedside manner. I would glowingly recommend her to anyone!
Anna listens very well and, for me, is exactly the right amount of empathetic. She’s very skilled and knowledgeable, I find her care exemplary. A lot of doctors don’t look at the whole picture, nor seem to be concerned with finding a cure, merely focus on making symptoms go away. Anna really wants people to be living their best lives, and knows that begins with vibrant health. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Wolff is incredible. They made me feel so comfortable right away and really took time to listen and address my issues and concerns. I would recommend them to anyone suffering from chronic pain.

Dr Wolff listened to me attentively and explained everything she did before doing it. Her manner put me at ease and the treatments helped my pain management immediately. Highly recommend.

I had never seen an osteopath before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Anna took her time going over my medical history, and she really listened while I described the forearm pain I had been having and what I thought might be causing it. During the treatment, she used gentle manipulation to address the problem areas, inviting questions and offering clear explanations the whole time. Before my appointment, I was having pain pretty much any time I used my hands, wrists, and elbows. I was really pleasantly surprised to have an immediate reduction in the severity and intensity of pain, and so relieved that the pain didn’t return the following day at work!
