One area of unique focus I bring to my patients is a strong background in female pelvic pain conditions such as endometriosis, painful sex, vulvodynia, and vaginismus (vaginal spasm). I use assessment and therapy methods supported by science, which I carefully and collaboratively tailor to you and your specific needs and goals. I hold a PhD and a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, grounding my practice in rigorous training and research.

My approach is compassionate, flexible and holistic. My style is straight forward and playful, relief from suffering comes from our wits after all. Imagine being able to rely on your strengths and resources to feel better. I help people who are struggling to heal their pain, thrive and enhance their well-being. My practice is inclusive to all identities in all bodies, as well as non-traditional relationship structures.
