About Dr. Anna Yang
Dr. Anna Yang is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. She completed a comprehensive three year foot and ankle surgical residency at Jesse Brown Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Chicago with a focus on sport medicine and limb salvage. She also served as chief resident during her final year of residency. Dr. Yang completed her medical studies in 2015, graduating with honors at the California School of Podiatric Medicine, Samuel Merritt University. While there she co-founded the American Public Health Association chapter at the school and started a free podiatry clinic in Berkeley, CA. She received her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.
Dr. Yang specializes in sports medicine, wound care, diabetic limb salvage, and pediatric orthopedics. Her clinical interests include custom inserts, tendon pathologies, heel pain, bunions, hammertoes, and skin masses/lesions. Her goal is to provide exceptional care with an emphasis on patient education.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her toddler, Aiden, in Naperville. She loves to try the delicious food that Chicago and the surrounding suburbs has to offer. Dr. Yang likes to stay active by running outside and riding her bike. She also enjoys hiking and cooking. She is bilingual and is fluent in Vietnamese.

My experience with Dr.Yang was great! I was greeted right way and waited hardly 5 minutes before I went it for my appointment. All my concerns were addressed and all my questions were answered and explained thoroughly. Dr. Yang was kind and had a great personality and made me feel comfortable which was very important to me! I would recommend her to my friends and family!
