“If you need to be heard and understood , you’re in the right place. Dr. Carroll does not minimize your concerns. Instead, with empathy, validates your feelings, while working with you to find a solution. Dr. Carroll is a legitimate doctor, and as such abides by the government appointed guidelines. I say that solely for those of you who may be looking for a so called,”yes Dr”. We all know what, “we want”. Unfortunately, we cannot as easily see what”we need”. You can be confident that Dr. Carroll will “ go to the mattresses” to help you. Dr. Carroll provides a safe place where honesty IS currency and judgement has no place. ”

What should a new client know about working with you?

I treat my clients with respect and we have a caring environment. No weight shaming here!! We are very proactive around communication and encourage clients to text with questions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We start the process by talking and getting a clear understanding of where are clients are in their journey, where they have been and where they see themselves going. We work to set goals, make a plan, set up monthly coaching sessions (with Dr. Anne), and our plan includes a discussion of prescribed medications.
