Finding a doctor was easy on the app along with booking an appointment online. Wait time was quick and the doctor I got was amazing, he listened and I felt seen for the first time and we are tackling all the problems I have.

The office was easy to find and all the staff were very nice. I did book an appointment with a specific doctor but because of the previous reviews indicating that people aren't typically seen by the provider they select, I made a note that I wanted to be seen by a femal doctor or PA. I am glad I made this note since their system automatically scheduled me with a male PA and they had to call me to reschedule. I am not sure if it is the system's fault or if it is the office's fault, but that is something that would have been very frustrating if I showed up and wasn't able to see a female provider.
