I saw Odo over Zoom. On the last visit 9-10 days ago, Ms Odo said she would call in the meds. She "says" she called them in but the system did not convey the scripts to Walgreens. I called the number on her profile. The receptionist said that she only funnels patients to Klarity via email. So, I emailed Klarity. They replied that I was not in their system, to please send a DL pic, and other details like birthday and ss number. They replied again that I was not in their system and may be a "private practice" patient of Ms. Odo. I was desperate. Now a week with no meds. I continuously called Walgreens only to hear nothing is called in for you! I had NO meds but I had NO WAY to reach this NP. My only resort was to set up another Zoom call to talk to her live and find out WHERE my scripts were. This has been a total joke. My mental health suffered because of her. I would not recommend anyone to this NP. She has NO processes, and has horrible follow through. Very unprofessional.

The provider was good and caring. However, it is 6 or 7 days after the med check visit and my prescriptions are still not sent to the pharmacy! That is BAD!! A phone number for her is not easy to find as I see her via Zoom. Now what do I do without my meds??? Ahhh!

My daughter had a virtual appt with Dr. Odo on 3/23. Therapist never called. We never received any phone call or any sort of communication. Very unprofessional.

Everything was confirmed before my appointment, I was sent 3 different links and she never showed up for any of them. I sat waiting for over and hour. I tried to call to see about the delay but got no answer and the mailbox was not set up to leave a message. I tried to text but the number given as not receiving text.

I was on anxiety medication and I know I need to taper off my meds slowly but she wants to switch it to another medicine right away and especially I have anxiety and to switch medication is hard thing to do. However Dr told me that she can not prescribe me the one I have been taking over 20years… even though I have explained to her well how many years I have been taking this meds and she could go and see my record…Gave me more anxiety
I decided to book my appointment with this doctor based off of her reviews on Zocdoc, unfortunately I did not get the best care/ advise I was looking for. I felt like I wasn’t being listened to and more then anything felt like I was being scolded like a child. This was my first time ever seeking therapy/ psychiatric ?help and because of this experience I don’t think I’ll ever seek out help again. I was weary about even deciding to set up an appointment and this experience just left a sour taste in my mouth. The doctor was also a hour late(I did get the heads up from her administrators which was nice) and I kept being told repeatedly I could take Zoloft to help with what I’m feeling even though I told the doctor I wanted to hold off since I’m pregnant and didn’t feel comfortable taking any medication outside of my prenatal. Maybe I wasn’t clear as to what exactly I was looking for but either way I did feel like it was the doctors job to at least try and engage instead of being negative

The receptionist didn’t even show up to unlock the building until 5 minutes after the appointment time, the provider was 40 minutes late and only spent 10 minutes talking/diagnosing.
I made the appt with Dr. Odo because I needed a refill on a benzodiazepine for my anxiety because I moved out of state so my old Zocdoc provider could no longer meet with me (being out of her state of licensure). I booked Dr. Odo under the category "medication refill." Dr. Odo asked me no questions about my extensive experience with anxiety, medications, therapy, etc. She heard that I was trying to get a refill on my prescription & it seems immediately flagged me as "drug seeking." She told me she did not feel comfortable writing a prescription for someone she just met online. I just spent hundreds on an online appointment for a medication refill to be told that she won't refill my medication online. I understand if a provider is uncomfortable refilling Rx's written by other providers, but then don't offer for new patients to set up an appt for a medication refill. And don't be an online provider if you don't want online pts. She kept putting words in my mouth & was overall very rude

I was a little relieved to finally have insurance and begin getting healthy again - I know getting psychiatric help takes time to work through the issues. However, when I started the medication, I had STRONG adverse reactions. I contacted the Doctor through the text line on Sunday (day 3 of meds) and reported having migraine type headaches and extreme nausea. She told me to take Tylenol - then never answered my question as to how long symptoms may last and what I could expect moving forward. Nothing. Silence. I held on through work and parenting Monday, still not word from anyone at the office. I finally called on Tuesday to see if I could get an answer and was told they were just “really busy.” A few hours later Dr Odo called me and prescribed another medicine that I previously told her ALSO had unwanted side effects for me. I felt completely on my own and was using google and reaching out to friends to try to help myself instead of being able to rely on my doctors guidance.

she didn't listen to me at all! She ended up giving me generic medicine that did nothing for me in the past and didn't know how to react to someone who has more than just generalized Anxiety and depression. If you have bipolar or even ADHD she will not give you medicine for them even though before the appointment she said she could.
