What should a new client know about working with you?

When you work with me, you can expect a thoughtful, collaborative approach grounded in respect, curiosity, and compassion. I take time to truly understand your experiences, goals, and challenges so we can create a care plan that fits your life—not the other way around. I blend evidence-based psychiatric care with a focus on whole-person wellness, which may include medication management, lifestyle strategies, and support for navigating daily stressors. My practice is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and affirming of all identities. Whether you’re just starting your mental health journey or seeking a fresh perspective, I’m here to meet you where you are—and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I begin by listening—really listening—to understand your concerns, history, and goals. During our initial consultation, we’ll review your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, lifestyle factors, and any previous treatments. I may also recommend screening tools or lab work if appropriate. From there, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, behavioral strategies, psychoeducation, and referrals for therapy or other supportive services. My approach is collaborative and patient-centered: I want you to feel informed, empowered, and heard every step of the way. Follow-up visits allow us to track your progress, make adjustments, and ensure you feel supported throughout your care.

I would never recommend her to anyone. My first red flag was a comment she made before my apt. She stated I was a lot. She never had someone ask questions like mine.
