Two days after my urgent appointment, I called back about test results and my provider was on vacation, I then had another doctor send me my results with a message “positive for ____, meds sent” and that was all I was told. I called office and asked to speak with someone since I had been prescribed 5 medications in the total of three days after being seen. I wasn’t sure what meds to take or which ones to stop using. I was told a provider would call me back before end of the day and haven’t heard from anyone since. I’d recommend this provider if you know how to be resourceful but as someonei 20 years old, I wouldn’t reccomend to anyone expecting A1 service on the provider end. However the phlebotomists are amazing and so is the staff when I was there.

I had scheduled a skin screening but mainly for a dandruff problem, however I was ready with my medications and pictures of all my products and we didn’t go over any of them and we didn’t do the skin screening, she did prescribe me a shampoo for my problem and refer me to a dermatologist. She was very nice and hands on with looking at my scalp but I was excited to get my annual skin screening done and that didn’t happen.

Sadly, I arrived at my appointment a few minutes late because of traffic... and GPS taking me on a tour ride!! However, the staff, who were great by the way, allowed me to still continue on with my appointment. The office is clean, staff was friendly and professional; and the NP Annie Perdomo was great, just as the other reviews claimed! I will definitely call upon her in the future for check-ups!

Able to schedule an appointment within a few days. Scheduling process very easy. Comfortable waiting room. Very glad they don't have automatic air fresheners in the waiting room, they trigger my migraines. Provider very nice. She even thought to give me a hard copy of the Rx, just in case. And I did end up needing to use it.

I Was greeted with a friendly face and asked to sit in waiting area, a few moments later I was called back. Everyone that I encountered from the front office to the Doctor were very friendly and professional, they made me feel right at home.. The Doctor listened intently and sent me to x-ray immediately. I was so hopeful to find a provider who would listen and hear what my concerns were. Ask me questions and communicate with me. She immediately offered several referrals, and sent me on my way. I waited about a week for my blood test results and when I got them, several were abnormal. While there is a little section for provider to write a note about the result, I imagine the notes written in mine were copy and pasted from a prewritten list she keeps prepared for similar results to mine. There was nothing personal here. And then I was sent a message to review the meds she had prescribed, the list was missing 2 meds my previous provider had given. When I inquired about both my lab results and my prior prescriptions, her response felt very dismissive and again impersonal. I was directed to the “notes” on my results, and she stated she was unaware I needed those other meds refilled. But she also did not talk to me about my meds AT ALL in my appt. Won’t be back.

First time appointment and I had thought everything went smooth. I take anxiety meds and I told her I took my last pill that day and she said no problem I’ll get the prescription sent in. I followed up after 3 hours of my appointment about my medicine and the front officer worker said she’d relay the message to Dr. Annie Perdomo. That was Friday and now it’s Sunday and still no medicine and I’m on my second day of with-drawl from my medicine since I take an Effexor. I am extremely disappointed and as a doctor she should be ashamed of carelessness.

so far i would say im not having a pleasant experience. she immediately just gave me a bunch of referrals i didnt feel like she listened. I went to get my mammogram and a biopsy and was told by banner and hear something today and havent heard anything i had to call and im unsure if the person who answered is even reading the right results it was a random lady that is reading it. im expected to use the portal but im not a doctor and dont know how to read it this is probably the most scared ive been and i cant even get a courtesy phone call saying whether or not theres a possibility that the biopsy is positive or a negative result. this has been a very negative experience.

It was a good visit because this office is mellow and everyone is so nice you feel it in the air. Any medicine I needed was sent to my pharmacy which was a pleasant surprise. Any orders I needed were promptly sent to the lab. Annie seems like a very nice, understanding and intelligent lady. Thank you Annie. A huge improvement from banner.
