What should a new client know about working with you?
I provide assessment, medication management, and supportive therapy for adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD. Care is collaborative and clear. We review options in plain language, set goals, and choose steps that fit your life. Sessions may include skills practice, lifestyle changes, and careful medication adjustments with follow up.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Starting care can feel uncertain. I am currently accepting new adult patients with appointments available within the week. If you want care that is compassionate, collaborative, and clear, reach out. We will review your goals, discuss options in plain language, and choose a plan that fits.
