About Dr. Anqi Li

My interest in medicine grew from helping my mom run her acupuncture clinic in my youth. Throughout high school and college, I volunteered at hospitals and went on medical mission trips, which ultimately led me to pediatrics. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Hofstra University and completed my residency in Pediatrics at Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center. My favorite part of being a pediatrician is building relationships with the children as well as with their parents and caregivers. As a mother, I can relate to them, experiencing many of the same struggles and concerns. I find it deeply fulfilling to provide the peace of mind and reassurance that families need. I understand the reality of taking care of children, whether they are healthy or sick, and I am happy to support families during this important life stage. I hope to build connections that truly make a difference.
