The entire office is a complete dump. Completely unprofessional. Doctor couldn’t see me for the appointment I booked for. Had me wait hours for extra exams that I don’t know why they were done. Doctor also sent out 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy without discussing it with me. I booked for a colonoscopy and zocdoc suggested this doctor but when I came in he said he doesn’t do colonoscopies and referred me to another clinic that doesn’t even pick up their phone. I was charged copay for nothing. I will not return.

Actually I am having severe sickness for GI issues and it’s very bad loose motion and vomit but doc saw me and he didn't give me any medicine to manage my present situation. Which made me unhappy badly. Cause I am having a hard time moving and having any food. I was seeking a relief.

While Dr. Borcich spent over 30 min. with me, was detail-oriented, and had an overall positive in demeanor, I would not recommend him if you are an LGBTQ+ patient. His bedside manners with respect to LGBTQ+ patients is concerning. Notably, when describing another patient of his who identifies as bisexual, he gestured with quotations when saying "bisexual" with a condescending tone. He also began an entire dialogue about PreP with me even though it was entirely unrelated to the gastro issues I came to be seen for. Overall, nice guy but outdated beside manners.

I'm sure Dr. Borcich is a good Dr. as he had a good bedside manner. However, I had blood work done and was told that the results would be back by the middle of the following week. I called to get my results and was advised that the dr would call me back. It took a total of 4 calls over 4 1/2 weeks to get the results mailed to me. It took him another week to actually call me, in which he left a rambling voice message asking if I had gotten his last message. There was no message, he just didn't follow up with me. Completely unorganized practice. He never billed my insurance company either!!
