Dr. Anthony G. Del Signore is Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology and Director of Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. He received his medical degree from the Warren Alpert School of Medicine at Brown University, completed residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital and fellowship in Advanced Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery at University of North Carolina, training with some of the preeminent leaders in the field.
Specific clinical interests include medical and surgical management of chronic sinusitis, paranasal sinus and skull base tumors, orbital tumors, encephalocele repair, cerebrospinal fluid leaks (CSF), balloon sinuplasty, septoplasty, turbinate surgery and allergic disease. His particular training allows providing treatment via endoscopic minimally invasive techniques and office based procedures. His current research is focused on health outcomes following skull base surgery, implementation of sinus treatment protocols and surgical intervention, introduction and use of the ever changing technology in the practice of rhinology.
Dr. Del Signore has been active in clinical research and has co-authored many textbook chapters and published manuscripts in rhinology, neurosurgery and otolaryngology.
As a member of the Mount Sinai Beth Israel Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery team, Dr. Del Signore is committed to providing exceptional, direct-access patient care across Manhattan and Brooklyn, NY. He is available for short-notice and same-day consultations for patients with sinus disorders and skull base tumors and any other ENT complaints and is devoted to ensuring the longevity of his patients’ health and developing long-lasting relationships with them.

Really great experience! He addressed my problem right away, gave me a couple prescriptions and I walked away with very clear next steps of things to try for my sinus issues. Overall a very effective visit, which is rare in my experience with doctors

Doctor was nice enough. However when I wrote back a few days later complaining of side effects from the medication they gave me - I was repeatedly told to go to the ER. My symptoms were nowhere near something that would call for an ER visit. I just wanted to try different medication. Very dismissive. I’m not sure I would recommend.

From start to finish, and 5 star experience. When you're feeling awful and haven't gotten relief for a while, this was a very pleasant surprise.
All paperwork was digital that I filled out from home. Staff greeted me with a smile and reviewed the paperwork quickly. Taken 30 minutes early. Staff was very empathetic, read the paperwork, and was super thorough. The doctor is young, intelligent, and ticked off all the questions I had written down before coming. At no point did I feel rushed. His staff met with me afterward to go over treatment in detail and provided step by step instructions to me. They encouraged me to call at any point. The doctor saw me on the way out and said to DM him in a week to let him know how I'm doing.
Location is ideally located a minute walk from the 14th Street station with many subway lines.
Love this practice! I highly recommend it.

Excellent doctor. He took his time to check everything and test. After discussing wanted to go to surgery route, instead of him doing it himself he referred me to a colleague of his since they were more skilled at certain part for the specific surgery I needed. Dr. Anthony Del Signore is a ENT but specializes in the nose, but I was there for my ears.
I explained to me that his specialty was the nose, however he said he is also a general ENT and he did attended to me with much care and even examined my nose due to an issue I told him of?? he was totally cool and addressed my issues and concerns and gave me some great insight on how to care for my nasal problem even though that’s not what I went for.
I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.
His bedside manner was very pleasant. He listened and gave his best recommendations for my health issues, to which I appreciated.
The entire staff was friendly, friendly and courteous, from the receptionist to the other nurses that were busy with other patient.
The nurse the attended to me before Dr. Del Signore had me laughing.
My visit was totally different and awesome.

Dr. Anthony Del Signore was very attentive and patient with me as I shared my ENT concerns and he asked several detail oriented questions to understand more about them. With doctors I usually feel rushed out of the door, but Dr. Anthony Del Signore did not cause that feeling - he was very kind, affirmative, and empathetic to my concerns and provided excellent holistic insights and recommendations for relief.
