I booked an appointment and even received a confirmation letter, but when I arrived, the office was closed. Although it had snowed, this was a normal business day, and there was no communication about any closure. If you accept appointments, you have a responsibility to inform customers of changes. I have a foot injury and had to commute with difficulty—plus pay for a taxi—only to find the doors locked. This was extremely unprofessional, frustrating and disappointing.
