“The office is clean, pleasant, efficient. Staff is friendly. Most importantly, they had an Xray room on-site, and I was able to get a same day appointment. I got diagnosed and treated for my knee sprain on the same day and I am now able to walk without pain. Follow up procedures scheduled. Overall I could not ask for a better outcome.”

Dr. Mazzola takes the time to ask you about what brought you to see him. He asks good questions and is a good listener and communicator, responds reflectively to what you say and discusses options letting you decide what fits your lifestyle and pain management. He answers any medical questions you have with patience in layman's language and welcomes your desire to be informed and educated. Whatever procedure he does in office, he explains beforehand and explains every step of the way to make sure you're aware and comfortable. I recommend Dr. Mazzola highly for any pain management issues and care.

Doctor Mazzola was patient, took time to understand my issue and offered a solution. He answered all my questions and I felt I was in good hands. Highly recommended.
Video visit
The doctor is great and took his time to explain everything to me but the office staff is really exceptionally kind — every single person told me what they were going to do before they did it (front office, x ray tech, nurse, doctor) which was really thoughtful and meant a lot to me.

The doctor explained things clearly and thoroughly. But he seemed distracted, and did that thing of looking every where in the room other than at me, his patient. He did that thing of saying “uhhuh uhhuh” while I was talking, but did not really seem to be listening. He was giving a bored, uninterested, “having to sit here with this person sucks” kind of vibe. I prefer doctors who treat you with more respect.
Dr. Mazzola asked pertinent questions about my condition, and provide clear answers to my questions. He explained everything very thoroughly.
Verified patient
Dr. Mazzola was knowledgeable, helpful, flexible, and accessible. I like the simple and straightforward way in which he communicated. He understood my problem and gave me appropriate treatments. I also appreciated the way he took my unique situation into account, tailoring medication to the fact that I have kidney disease. He inspires confidence.

It is rare when your Doctor is not in a hurry to dispose you off. Dr Mazzola was very patient, read through my old reports, got to know my other related issues and was highly empathetic He also was very knowledgeable. Laid out all the scenarios and a road map which had least side effects to start with and gradually increase the medical intensity if physical efforts did not work
