What should a new client know about working with you?

The style of the care and therapy focuses on: 1. Person-Centered / Client-Centered Therapy - Building trust and emotional safety - Active listening - Collaborative treatment planning - Supporting the client’s own strengths and goals 2. Holistic & Integrative Mental Health - Mental health treatment - Lifestyle and stress assessment - Hormonal balance/medical considerations - Spiritual support when desired - Family-centered care This is especially relevant for ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Postpartum mental health, Menopausal mood concerns , Sports psychiatry, and PTSD. 3. Faith-Informed / Spiritually Integrated Care A major distinguishing feature is their Christian-centered tone: “Healing begins with God’s love” “Faith-driven care” “Healing through grace and understanding” This suggests a therapy environment that: - Welcomes spirituality into treatment when meaningful to the client. - Uses compassion, hope, and purpose as part of healing. - Maintains inclusivity for clients of all backgrounds and beliefs. Overall “Feel” of the Practice The therapeutic atmosphere comes across as: - Warm and conversational - Nonjudgmental - Family-oriented - Culturally sensitive - Collaborative rather than overly clinical
