What should a new client know about working with you?

Understanding these things is only the beginning. The work in therapy is done when we can meet on a regular basis and understand how these previous experiences might be driving some of your daily difficulties.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have experience working with adults of all ages with general anxiety, social anxiety, school and work difficulties, and depression. I am happy to work with people from all economic, racial, and sexual backgrounds, and I always try to keep in mind that people with similar backgrounds can have vastly different experiences.
