“Toni was the very first person I spoke to on my first day, and honestly that set the tone for everything. She made me feel welcomed immediately — which meant more than she probably knows. What stands out most about her is that she actually takes the time to understand why you’re feeling the way you are, instead of just brushing it off or giving a generic response. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and it makes a real difference. She advocated for me personally when it came to my treatment plan, and I felt genuinely seen and heard throughout the whole process. She’s knowledgeable, she’s real, and she clearly cares deeply about her patients. Toni is the kind of provider you don’t forget. Hands down the best.”

Getting to know Antoinette Goosby

You're exhausted from the constant control - the food rules, perfectionism, self-criticism that looks like strength but feels suffocating. Maybe therapy or medication helped some, but something's still missing. You're smart, self-aware, and tired of fighting yourself. You want someone who sees the whole picture and understands what your body's been trying to tell you. You don't want to be fixed - you want to be understood. You're ready to explore what's underneath, even though letting go feels terrifying. You want to actually live, not just survive. I offer integrated medication management and therapy via telehealth. We'll explore patterns beneath your symptoms using psychodynamic work, DBT, and CBT while addressing medication needs in the same space. My background in dance informs how I work with eating disorders and mood issues - understanding that healing happens in the body, not just the mind. You've been carrying this alone for too long. You deserve care that sees all of you - not just symptoms to manage, but a person trying to find their way back to themselves. If this resonates, reach out. We'll figure out together if this is the right fit. You don't have to keep white-knuckling through this.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I help with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders - especially when perfectionism and overcontrol show up. Treatment involves weekly sessions integrating medication management with therapy. We'll explore symptom roots, build coping skills, and attend to what your body knows. You can expect collaborative care that sees you whole, not fragmented between providers.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use psychodynamic therapy to explore deeper patterns, CBT and DBT for practical skills, and RO-DBT for perfectionism and overcontrol. I'm training in dance/movement therapy because healing happens in the body, not just the mind. Your experience will be collaborative. We'll explore what's beneath your symptoms while addressing medication needs together.
