I had Spina has my NP, she was very good and listened to my concerns. However, I would not go back to Viva Eve (this was my second time) due to the wait time being nearly 2 hours both times. My appointment was at 6pm I got there at 5:35pm and was not seen until 7:15pm after I complained to the front desk about waiting for so long. They overbook their appointments and cannot see patients within a reasonable time.
