Synchronize your heart and mind; so you can harmonize your life. When we are being pulled in thousands of different directions by our minds, it's important for us to ground in ourselves. It's important for you to connect to your heart and see what it needs. That's when you can find the bliss and harmony that you've longed for in life. Your life is a story to be told, and I am excited to hear it. In the course of my career, my heart has been touched by at least three thousand individuals who honored me with their stories of love, loss, trauma, and a deeper a need for understanding who he/she is. I love working with clients who are ready to be challenged and identify blind spots in their lives. Many of my clients are therapists themselves or work in the field of healing. We create an individualized therapeutic plan and strategy based on your comfort and pace. We move gradually but quickly to address what changes you want to implement in your life. Most sessions are active, rather than passive. Yet, the therapeutic space belongs to the client. You get to dictate and tell your story at your pace.

Getting to know Anum Ghazipura

Synchronize your heart and mind; so you can harmonize your life. When we are being pulled in thousands of different directions by our minds, it's important for us to ground in ourselves. It's important for you to connect to your heart and see what it needs. That's when you can find the bliss and harmony that you've longed for in life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

We work hard, yet it's important to have fun in therapy. Getting to know who you really are is an awe-inspiring experience- why not enjoy discovering yourself? All people are unique and beautiful. There isn't a judgment from my end, so therapy becomes relatable. Our job is to help you be seen and to create a space that you feel held and understood. The therapeutic space becomes a place of safety; ultimately, it's a simulation of how you will learn to interact in the outside world. The more you heal here, the more you can heal with the people around you. I draw from a wide range of therapeutic methods and modalities, thoughtfully tailoring each session to what best supports you as an individual. An important part of this work is fostering a sense of independence—therapy is meant to empower you and help you build trust in yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The initial session is an intake session where we get to see if we are good fit. I like to use time wisely, and therapy isn't everyone's cup of tea. Therefore, if you are shy or need help, we ease you in. The therapy space is your safe haven. You dictate, you control how we move forward. At times, you may experience moments of discomfort or emotional activation as we gently explore deeper experiences. This is a natural part of the process, and you won’t navigate it alone. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
