What should a new client know about working with you?

I do not prescribe controlled substances such as methadone, Suboxone, opioids, or long-acting injectable medications. I can prescribe stimulants for ADHD when appropriate. Please note that no forms or paperwork will be completed at the first visit; I require at least three visits to gather the necessary information before completing forms.
