Doctor read off a checklist to conduct exam and nurse struck an artery when drawing blood and didn’t apologize.

All was good/ No waste of time. Conversational- I was also part of diagnosis: I like that.

I highly recommend her. Just the type of medical attention we all need right now.

Not the best experience . Made faces when questions were asked. Didn’t seem to really care about my issue just gave me a referral
I arrive to the office 30 min before my appointment due when I arrive I said that I have an appointment the guy receptionist asked for my name and with I was having my appointment I said Dr.Aparna he told me that she left or she was not there because she was sick that she won’t be until next week. Very upset honestly because one before the appointment I receive reminder and messages to confirm my appointment twice I even called them twice first to check I was able to come in early since I nearby and second time to confirm my appointment.

Dr Raikar was great. The process of pre registering was not fun. I received multiple calls regarding the appointment. When I voiced concerns that it was difficult to pre register-the woman who called reassured me that I could complete the process once I arrived at the appointment. The front desk was not helpful. Rob was especially rude when I mentioned that my mother is on a lot of medications and that I have never been to a doctor's office where the nurse doesn't help entering this information. I was told "that is why you needed to fill it out prior to coming in." Some compassion for the aging population would be nice. In the end, it took over 30 minutes to enter the information. When we were called back to see the doctor-the nurse could not see what I had entered. A WASTE of time for every one. Dr Raikar is wonderful. Her nurse who took us back-wonderful. The other members need to remember that they are working with an older generation. Compassion is expected.
very professional and understanding.
Great

Dr. Raikar was extremely kind, listened to all concerns, and actually did a physical exam. She asked many questions and really tried to figure out what was going on. She even went beyond and gave referrals for everything she thought was necessary.
She joked around with me and made sure that I was comfortable which I greatly appreciated! She’s very fun and does what she can for you.

I was seen in the office for swollen ankle and cough. I was very pleased with the know she presented and her concern for me as a patient.

the doctor was more focused on the computer and was clearly not listening to what I was saying. I was given a physical fully clothed. also she did not refill my prescription, nor do a breast exam. HORRRRRIBLE The phlebotomist was unprofessional and rude. she asked me which arm I preferred and I said either is fine. she rolled her eyes ..and said " pick one please" in a very huffy and rough tone I will be finding a different doctor

I like the office and it's location, easy to find and ample parking. When I walked in The Director of First Impression (front desk) appeared to be having a bad day and really wasn't quite engaging nor welcoming. Also the way she communicated, as if she was upset. The staff in the background were also having quite a loud conversation, that I don't think should've been for everyone to hear. When the assistant weighed me, the scale wasn't finished, before she asked me to step off, as the scale is digital. Now the doctor was friendly with great bedside manners and really addressed the questions that I had. The young lady that took my blood work, she was friendly and beyond amazing, they need to clone her. When I returned to desk to book my follow up appointment, the DOFI again was still having a bad day, maybe someone needs to remind her that she makes the first impression.
Staff doesn’t know that insurance will not cover 2 appointments in 1 day. If they book an appointment for you make sure you ask insurance questions.

The office staff was friendly and engaging. I recently relocated to Old Town from CA and was looking for a new doctor. I know I just found her!

My doctor was professional and knowledgeable. She was quick but to the point and she listened to my concerns and addressed them.

perfect in every way.

Her bedside manner is excellent!
Verified patient
She is very professional and has great beside manner. Unfortunately the walls of the Arlington location were very thin and I didnt not feel as if our conversation was private. A patient called the front desk and complained she did not get a personal phone call with her results. The patient in the room next to me had a sore throat. I should not be aware of this information.

Dr. Raikar was very courteous and patient to listen and answer all queries. She was very friendly and gave enough time to me to discuss my problem. However, she didn’t seem to be experienced. On the basis of initial tests done at that moment she ruled out the possibility of an infection. Later, the culture confirmed the infection. I was told that i would be contacted by the office if infection is confirmed but they didn’t call rather when i call i wasn’t clearly told as to what i should do next. Just that i could check my report.
I went in with a migraine lasting almost 2 months. Was given 3 painful shots , and asked to wait to see if the headache cleared up. It did not. Instead of scheduling me for an mri, bc she said she didn’t THINK anything would show up, she gave me a referral for a neurologist bc she said she wasn’t sure which type of mri test to order. So now I am still in pain, and have to wait 2 more weeks before the first available neurologist appointment, only to probably have to schedule an appt for the mri and wait even longer. I spent 2 hours at the office and left in just as much pain.
Very professional and easy going

Made an appointment but my wait time was almost 45 minutes. The woman at the front desk was singing and listening to music, which I found unprofessional.
