“Whole experience was so fantastic. All of the staff were beyond kind. I really really liked April - my concerns felt heard and validated, she was extremely thorough with my skin exam and checked every single mole with a dermascope. I really appreciated that she explained what she was seeing with any unusual moles so I could understand her thought process + what I should/shouldn't look for with my own moles going forward. She genuinely seemed like she cared and wanted to make sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions before she left.
All in all, I was very happy with my experience and will most certainly continue to be seen by this office going forward!”

About April Silverberg
April Silverberg is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse certified by the ANCC. Originally from St. Petersburg, FL, April began her education at Florida State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees.
April returned to the Tampa Bay area to complete her education, attending the University of South Florida where she received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice, graduating with honors and being recognized for her academic achievements by Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.
April launched her nursing career by accepting a position at Tampa General Hospital working in the Burn ICU, Vascular ICU, and Neuro ICU. Becoming inspired by the work performed in the Burn ICU, April decided to continue her education in the specialty of dermatology.

She was amazing and so was her assistant, she didnt get all of the stuff out from my cyst but she did a dang good job! I recommend! Quick, painless and such sweethearts in their office!

The appointments were mostly only 10 minutes apart and there were only about 6 chairs in the lobby. I won't show up early next time. Dr. Silverberg was pleasant and efficient. The visit was very fast and maybe should have been scheduled for 15 minutes instead of 10. I don't have any experience with other dermatologists in the area, so maybe 10 minutes is standard here.
All of the staff were really nice.
Dr Silverberg seemed knowledgeable and was able to easily answer my questions. She even guessed that I had been using the gym's yoga mats and suggested I sanitize them better because my skin was reacting to them. How did she know that?! Amazing!
