About Araceli Sierra
Araceli earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1997 from the University of Texas at Austin. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2002 from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Araceli is also a Certified BioTE? provider.

Right when I walked in I felt welcome .I felt a part of their family the wait was not long. I felt like everyone there cared staff and Doctor explained a lot to me. Did an awesome job all the way around keep up the good work guys and ladies ????

EVERYONE was super friendly and helpful! The MA that took my vitals had a great bedside manner, the front office people were helpful and friendly as well.
The PA was great, listened to my concerns and hooked me up with a referral for something the practice couldn't help me with. And the appointment was so easy to make! And they answered the phone in less than 5 minutes when I called!

This Dr was not a dermatologist which was what I searched for initially. She was a family care doc, which was great and all but not what I needed for this appointment. The search led me astray. Be sure you get what you’re looking for before making an appointment. She even said I wasn’t the only person that happened to. She’s had 2-3 others.

First and last time going there! Bedside manner was horrible, didn’t explain anything. Little to no communication, at all?. I had to ask the nurse to get the physician to ask a few questions and all she said was, “tell her it’s good!” Not reassuring at all. I thought she looked down on her patients if they weren’t up to her par, it was more like a beauty pageant for her rather than actually caring for people. Then I had a follow up appointment and nowhere did it say that it was via FaceTime, I left work to go there to my appointment only to find out it was FaceTime. Then I waited over 50 minutes for the physican to call me?. I hope people have a better visit with her than what I’ve experienced?. After reading a few reviews, it seems some had the same as me.

The office was unaware of my appt., they had me fill out an excessive amount of paperwork-which I did online and I have been there more than e times, the young man asked me if I met my deductible-don't they figure this out, the front desk was just not nice-forward, straight to the point, not helpful. The nurse that can to do vitals was ok and so was the doctor but didn't really exam me, just went by what symptoms I explained to her.
