About Arantxa Persad
Hi, I’m Arantxa! I am a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in New York and Florida. I provide personalized, evidence-based therapy for speech, language, and feeding challenges for all ages, striving to help clients communicate effectively and feed successfully. I work with a wide range of clients and specialize in infant feeding, tube weaning, speech and language delays, and supporting children and adults with autism, cerebral palsy, and medically complex needs. I am Beckman Oral Motor Therapy certified.
I am also a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor and support families with breast and bottle feeding by assessing oral motor skills, latch, and swallowing coordination (sucking, swallowing, and breathing), and addressing challenges such as weak suck, reflux, or other feeding difficulties.
Services are offered in-home in Brooklyn and the NYC area, or via telehealth. My approach is compassionate, engaging, and focused on building confidence, independence, and everyday skills. I am currently accepting self-pay clients and would be delighted to support you and your family!
