About Dr. Ardinn Grabenhorst
Dr. Ardinn Grabenhorst is a dedicated chiropractic doctor with a passion for helping others live their lives to the fullest potential, pain-free. A native of Orlando, Florida, Dr. Ardinn began journey with chiropractic medicine began with her background in Exercise Science and throughout her years of experience as a competitive swimmer at the University of West Florida.
Dr. Ardinn, earned her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from the University of West Florida, where he also competed on the university’s swim team for four years. During this time, Dr. Ardinn developed a deep understanding of the human body and the importance of maintaining optimal health, which ultimately inspired her to pursue chiropractic care.
After experiencing firsthand the healing benefits of chiropractic treatment, Dr. Ardinn decided to become a chiropractor so she could help others achieve an uncomplicated, active lifestyle. She completed her Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree at a renowned Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida Campus, where she received in-depth training in spinal health, injury recovery, and holistic wellness.
Today, Dr. Ardinn combines her knowledge of exercise science, her athletic background, and her chiropractic expertise to offer patients a personalized approach to pain relief and overall wellness. Dr. Ardinn goal is simple: to help each patient recover from pain, improve their mobility, and lead a healthier, more active life—free from the limitations and the ability to reach their full potential, whatever that might look like.
During her free time, Dr. Ardinn enjoys staying active, relaxing and spending quality time with friends and family. Dr. Ardinn is excited to connect with her clients and offer them the relief they need to fully engage in activities meaningful to them.

Dr. Ardinn is a total professional in her craft and her skill set is unmatched. I have been to multiple chiropractors In my life for both acute and chronic shoulder pain due to multiple sports injuries. She has provided me with extraordinary relief that it seems nobody else was able to do; I am now able to do more of what I love with minimal if any discomfort. I highly recommend her for any and all treatment you are seeking.

She took the time to really listen, explain what was going on, and tailor the treatment to my needs. I felt cared for and in great hands every step of the way. The team at Palmercare is amazing. The front desk was able to answer my questions and get me set up with the doctor in a quick and effortless process! Dr. Ardinn was very detailed in the first and second appointments making sure I felt comfortable and supported through the exam and report of findings. She is a great professional who brings an upbeat energy. Both times I have left feeling better than when I came in all because of her personality and energy. I am committed to my care with Dr. Ardinn!

She take the time to listen, understand what you’re going through, and explain everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident in the care you’re receiving. You never feel rushed. Ardinn was very nice and explained everything thoroughly during my visit. She helped me with my lower back pain and explained what she was going to do beforehand. Ardinn provided certain stretches for me to do on my own as well. She’s very knowledgeable and straight to the point. 10/10 would recommend

My care with Dr. Ardinn was phenomenal! I’ve never been to a chiropractor that truly cares about me like she does. She’s gentle but firm in her adjustments and I always walk out feeling like a better version of myself. She adjusted me during my pregnancy and I always felt at ease with her. I would definitely trust her to adjust and care for my toddler as well, my whole family. Overall I’ve had a great experience, she’s the best!
