Never had a primary care doctor, Dr.Nassim definitely made a amazing first impression. I have a series of issues going onand he was very attentive and wants to help me figure out what’s going on. I’m very glad with the first appointment. Wait was about 45 min, but it’s understandable. He will give you the time when it’s your turn. Also the nurse before I got to see the doctor was very nice as well.

Staff very nice especially the front desk young lady. However staff seemed overwhelmed with their work load. May I suggest you hire at least one more Medical assistant. Other than that I believe I found a new PCP and I am really glad for this.

The Nassim Medical staff made my initial office visit a pleasant and professional experience. On intro, Dr. Ariel Nassim is a cool and confidently competent physician. He listened closely, acknowledged my concerns, then assertively addressed each medical issue directly and recommended specialists for further treatment outside his field of medicine. Overall, a fantastic first visit and I look forward to working with Dr. Nassim in the future. Well done Team Nassim!!

Polite and extremely pleasant. Looking forward to seeing him again. The wait time was around 90 minutes even though I made an appointment ahead of time HOWEVER Dr. Nassim acknowledged the wait time and apologized for it and said it was something he was trying to address so that was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend him to a friend or family member.

The Doctor was excellent, he was accompanied by a PA, the office was clean, and the wait time was minimal. I did have one problem however, the MA named Lisa didn't seem too happy to be at work today. She had a grimace on her face, didn't introduce herself, and I guess I asked her too many questions because she left me in the exam room before completing the "assessment", and another MA came in to finish it?? how rude and unprofessional! I only know her name because I asked her for it, no ID's are worn here otherwise, my visit was a good one.

Dr. Nassim's office is the exact opposite - he was very friendly, personable, and thorough. We discussed the reasoning for my visit and he explained everything to me very clearly. The office is clean and all of the staff are very professional. I will definitely be returning.

Dr. Ariel is a good doctor he runs a family practice which is nice. His medical assistant Lisa is very professional and easy to talk to- I truly appreciated my time with her. My only issue with my appointment is that I made it for 9:30 am and I had work at 2 pm; the office was not busy at all 4 patients max and I actually left at 12 pm so I had only 30 mins to get to midtown on time for work. Time management is key.

Wait time was lengthy to see the actual doctor and their system/computers were constantly down delaying everything. The receptionist at the front desk kept misspelling my last name on all the documents and in their system. But seem like nice people. Hopefully my next appointment will be a lot smoother if there's ever a need. The doctor was great once I actually got to see him and very personable and pleasant.

Dr. Nassim is professional, engaging, and knowledgeable. He structures the visit around the patient, which I appreciated. His Sports Medicine background was also helpful in evaluating a minor injury I had. However, the overall visit was a bit disorganized - longer than needed wait in the front office, especially since there was only one other patient besides me. I was asked to fill out a full form about medical history and then was asked the same exact questions again by the medical assistant in the exam room, who was documenting it in the record (probably can skip the first step of paper form). In total, though I showed up for the visit on time, I was in the office for 90 minutes (only 30 mins of that was probably an active part of the visit), which I think was too long.
