What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental mental health care tailored to each individual’s needs. I believe in creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable being themselves. My approach combines evidence-based treatment, medication management, and practical support to help clients improve their mental health, daily functioning, and overall quality of life. Together, we work toward meaningful progress, emotional stability, and long-term wellness.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach begins with creating a comfortable, supportive space where clients can openly discuss their concerns, goals, and experiences without judgment. During the initial evaluation, I take time to understand emotional, mental, medical, and lifestyle factors that may be affecting overall well-being. From there, we work collaboratively to develop an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, psychoeducation, coping strategies, and ongoing follow-up care. I believe treatment works best when clients feel involved, informed, and supported throughout the process.
