Getting to know Arinze Ejiofor
Arinze is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and the founder of Square Behavioral Health LLC in North Andover, MA. With more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare system, I have had the privilege of caring for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Over the years, I’ve developed a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges and achieve stability through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care.
At Square Behavioral Health, I focus on medication management and supportive therapy tailored to each individual. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, helping them manage psychiatric symptoms such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other mental health conditions. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where patients feel understood, supported, and empowered in their healing journey.
I strongly believe in breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, and I see every patient as more than their diagnosis. Whether you are just beginning your mental health journey or continuing treatment, I am here to listen, guide, and provide care that meets you where you are.
Currently, I am accepting new patients for both in-person and Telehealth appointments. I accept most commercial insurance and also provide self-pay options for those without insurance.

Awful first experience. Had a 4:25 appt. and zoom info not sent. Suddenly told 4pm appt still no zoom. then received text saying he's running late can I meet 7pm tonight. No I can't. Then magically he's available at 4:25 somehow. Not credible. Does not bode well when not organized and IMO lied to me. This was to be my very first experience seeking mental health. Very bad taste in my mouth.
