The doctor was very profesional and nice. I didn't like the fact that to do blood work I would have had to walk over ten blocks to get my blood drawn at a lab. I wont be returning to that office.
Front Lady who helped me out was fantastic (Lady with white blonde hair). She was really professional and help me out with information regarding my insurance. The doctor was also great. He went straight to the point
Great doctor !
Very nice staff, especially Pertha at the front desk ,very short time wait, my Info was ready from Zocdoc, so I didn't have to write it again, Doctor was very Professional and helpful
Dr. Shusterman is a great doctor and I respect him greatly, but unfortunately I will be switching PCP due to the incompetence if his staff. It seems they do not relay any appointment information to him since he never has any idea what I am there for. I am in the process of obtaining a special assignment at work that requires me to provide extensive medical information and certain tests. I relay this information to the front desk during a phone call to confirm my zocdoc appointment, and I am assured that "everything is in order". I ask about my new insurance and wether or not they'll take it and again, I am told that "everything is in order". When I arrive I am not even asked to provide insurance information but to pay a co- pay (which my insurance claims I don't have to pay). This doesn't bother me as much. What bothers me is being told by the doctor that they don't perform the test I went there to get. Why did no one tell me this? Why was I told that "everything is in order" when it clearly wasn't? Those my friends, are questions we'll never know the answer to. But one thing is certain and that's the fact that I won't be returning there.
Dr Shusterman is lovely as always . He's very knowledgeable and patient. He listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions. He's the best and highly recommended. His assistant, front desk manager is lovely ??. She's was very courteous to me and even helped me out. I was very nervous before the visit and she helped calm my nerves.
Dr Shusterman is amazing
Very professional and courteous. Will be going back for sure.
All was well except the wait time.
knows his stuff
He was very nice and thorough defenitely recommend him to anyone needing a doctor
Great doctor who takes his time to listen to you and your concern
Dr Shusterman is an excellent physician. He's a great listener. I love him. Unfortunately, his front desk assistant is not pleasant at all. She needs to learn how to be nice and listen to the concerns of the patients without being rude and blowing them off for no reason. I have been reluctant to visit the Dr even if he's my primary because of his one staff member
I think Dr. Shusterman was professional and offered knowledgable advice pertaining to the subject matter and reason for my visit.
Friendly, smart, and professional. Very satisfied.
Dr Shusterman is kind and compassionate. He's very knowledgable and patient. He actually listens to you.
Awesome doctor! I love him! Sad to be relocating and not being able to see him again! :(
Dr is very good ,he explained me everything about my concerns .
Dr Shusterman is amazing. He's a great physician but, he secretary Berta is not pleasant. She has no telephone manners and is condescending when speaking to me. I asked her a simple question and she was nasty to me. She yelled at me and treated me as if I was trash. Being a medical office manager myself, this type of behavior, unfortunately, reflects poorly on Dr Shusterman even though he's an outstanding man and medical doctor. I am truly considering looking for another primary care physician just so that I won't have to ever deal with that irate woman.
While I liked the doctor, I'm not sure about second visit (just to save some time) because they don't have sample collection facility; I've to go to separate place for that. Last PCP I've visited collected at his own place and sent to labcorp. It's super convenient. Also I had to complete good number of paperworks even though online checkin. Overall, experience is good and I'll recommend him.
Waiting area crowded. Doctor very good.
I Love Him! Front staff is professional and corteous!
the first desk girls are very nice
Excellent doctor! Will definitely make him my primary doctor!!!
Great doctor and staff. A++
For a first visit I most certainly thought he was a great doctor. Liked him a lot and will be returning. Staff was very nice and friendly. A++
He was wondetful and very pleasant… a definet will go back .
Make sure not to show up before 5:30PM. That's when the doctor arrives. Do not book an appointment for 5:00, unless you like waiting.
El dr. Es ok. Pero el personal de resepsion es terrible
He saw me right away and educated me on my hypertension. He was very professional and courteous
The staff and doctor were so nice!
I waited until 6:45 for my 6pm appointment. No one said anything about the doctor being late. The room was stuffy and filled to capacity. Patients were eating peanuts in the waiting room. I collected my copay and left. These people have little regard for their patients. Please do not recommend these people to any one. I find their service lacking. The doctor is fine when he is on time. The receptionists are another matter. No manners, very abrupt and treat people like they are dirt. I resent being treated like that.
The doctor was very informative. Answered all my questions thoroughly. Told me everything that was going on. Great help and I look forward to my next appt. thank you !
The doctor seem very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions without hesitation he knew what he was doing. The staff was very pleasant I woukd definitively recomend this doctor
Everyone was friend and very kind. I highly recommended them to anyone. Thank you so much.
The doctor was great. Receptionists are disorganized and so is the wait room.
I don't think I was given enough opportunity to say exactly what I felt was wrong. This was my first appointment however, and I guess I should wait and see what happens when my test results comeback.
We got there at 6:30 but saw doctor exactly at 8pm which we were told was our appointment.
