I am a Spine, Bone Joint, and Regenerative Medicine Specialist with extensive experience reviewing spine films and MRI scans alongside detailed patient histories to accurately diagnose the cause of pain and its origin. This is followed by tailored recommendations, including standard and regenerative medicine options, aimed at alleviating pain and improving quality of life. Seeing the actual films is key, so please bring original MRI/X-ray CDs or films with reports. My former Clinic Office Manager called me a classic old-time doctor who truly diagnoses and troubleshoots problems while thoroughly educating patients about all options. I specialize in minimally invasive percutaneous and endoscopic spinal disc surgery for the neck and lower back, helping patients reduce pain through needle procedures instead of open surgery. Often, I recommend and perform simpler needle procedures using the body’s own cells (commonly called “stem cells” by patients) to significantly improve pain and quality of life. Conditions such as knee, shoulder, hip, hand, thumb, neck, and lower back pain, as well as headaches at the base of the head and many migraines, respond well to regenerative medicine techniques. I am grateful for my skills in diagnosis and needle-based treatments that make a remarkable difference in people’s lives. I managed athletes at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, for 31/2 years while employed with Hampshire Orthopedics & Sports Medicine (HOSM) in Northampton, Massachusetts. I also treated athletes from Smith College, Mt. Holyoke College, Amherst College, New Hampshire College, and Williston High School during my time at HOSM. I work as a visiting consultant at the American Spine Center in Dubai and maintain a clinic in New York. I earned my Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from King Edward Medical University and completed my residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Foundation.
