Very friendly staff. Dr. Gavino is fantastic with good bedside manner. It was my first time seeing her. She is friendly and made me feel comfortable talking with her. Listens intently and explain everything well and as thoroughly as you need. She was not rushed and highly recommended.

I had a great first appointment with Dr. Armida Celeste Gavino, MD. She was very positive, warm, and took the time to explain everything in depth, which helped me feel comfortable and informed. I appreciated how transparent she was about the purpose behind different medical interventions and why certain steps were necessary.
The entire staff was just as welcoming. The front desk team was kind and patient, even taking extra time to help me understand the hospitals courtesy policy and making me aware of other detail potentially important to a new patient. The nurse was also very personable and made the experience feel genuine and human.
Overall, I received very considerate, thorough care from start to finish. Dr. Gavino also recommended appropriate specialists and clarified next steps in a way that made the process easy to understand. I felt supported the entire time. Highly recommend.

A little overwhelming when I first arrived to the check in/waiting area, so big and a lot of people. But check in was a breeze and the wait was very short, barely had time to make a coffee. Once the asst called me back I only waited a minute till the Dr came in. I felt like I was talking to a friend. The visit was everything I was hoping for, already recommending to my friends.
