He serves as the Vice Chairman of the Montville Board of Health and has served as President of the New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians, the Morris County Medical Society, and the New Jersey Association of Medical Specialty Societies. Dr. Pallay has served as a founding member on the Board of the Healthcare Quality Partners ACO of Atlantic Health. In addition, he serves as the Medical Director at several local senior care facilities and at several local school systems. Dr. Pallay founded the Genomics Medicine program at Atlantic Health System where he still serves as their Associate Medical Director.
